Audient EVO 4 2-Channel Audio Interface
If you’re a podcaster, a musician, a producer, or any artist looking to record yourself with high quality, check out the Audient EVO 4, a 2-channel USB audio interface that makes capturing audio effortless. This unit may look tiny, but it packs two pristine mic pres, a Hi-Z input for instruments, two 1/4″ monitor outputs, and a headphone out that can power a variety of cans with power and punch.
Musicians will appreciate the JFET-powered DI for their guitars, basses, and keys. They’ll also be sure to love the low-latency monitoring, which will keep performances honest. Podcasters will fawn over the one knob to control the headphones, monitors, and mic inputs. Moreover, podcasters are sure to enjoy the audio loop-back function. This allows you to record computer audio at the same time as the mics, so you can capture remote guests via Skype or other VoIP apps.
Software and plug-ins are included to get you started. Because the unit is bus-powered, you can power it straight from your computer; you never need to worry about accidentally unplugging a power supply. All of this and more is packed into a unit measuring 5.5 x 2.6 x 2.6″.

Neat Microphones Beeline XLR Quad-Conductor Microphone Cable (20′)
The 20′ Beeline XLR Quad-Conductor Microphone Cable from Neat Microphones is a professional-quality quad-conductor cable that is constructed with double the wires used in a typical XLR mic cable. It can be used to connect devices in audio applications such as mixers, microphones, speakers, and more. Moreover, the Beeline XLR cable features 4 wires configured as spiraled pairs, which greatly improves the common mode noise rejection, dynamic range, and provides a wide frequency response. Each strand consists of 16 conductors with 36 AWG oxygen-free copper wire.
AKG K72 Closed-Back Studio Headphones
The K72 from AKG is a closed-back and over-the-ear studio headphone that features professional-grade 40mm drivers and a self-adjusting headband that is light and comfortable. It can be used with a broad range of playback devices in applications for rehearsals, recording studios, live stages, and more.
The K72 headphones are built with a single-sided non-detachable 1/8″ TRS 9.8′ cable and include a 1/4″ screw-on adapter. The frequency response is 16 Hz to 20 kHz and provides an accurate monitoring solution, which delivers extended low-frequency that gives definition to kick drums and bass guitars. Furthermore, since earpads are usually the first components to show wear, these are replaceable to protect your investment over time. Finally, whether you’re tracking the hook or mixing background harmonies, the K72 is designed to provide hours of comfort.
Professional Drivers
The 40mm drivers deliver high sensitivity for a powerful output, plus an extended frequency response that reveals every detail. The K72s also feature a low-impedance design for compatibility with a broad range of playback devices, from professional studio gear to portable music players
Closed-Back Design
The K72 headphones’ closed-back design eliminates audio leakage and delivers sound to your ears only. A microphone won’t pick up the sound of the click track in your headphones – and you’ll always be able to mix peacefully without being distracted by outside noise
Comfortable Listening
The self-adjusting headband automatically creates the perfect fit for every band member. No need to mess with delicate sizing mechanisms, which have the potential to break over time. Breathable, lightweight earpads encircle your ears, rather than putting pressure on them. And a single-sided cable gives you freedom to move
Professional Build Quality
Replaceable earpads are usually the first components to wear, so to protect your investment over time these earpads are replaceable
Auray RF-C17 Studio Isolation Filter
The RF-C17 Studio Isolation Filter from Auray provides a solution for music producers, broadcasters, and podcasters looking to help isolate a microphone to achieve better recordings in a space that is less than ideal for capturing audio. The Auray Studio Isolation Filter allows you to capture clean, dry vocals or instrument recordings that sound more natural with less sonic coloration.
The RF-C17 fits on a standard microphone or boom stand and uses a rugged ABS polymer frame, four-layers of acoustic treatment, a vented back, plus a layer of acoustic composite fiber to absorb unwanted ambient noise and control acoustic reflections. In a nutshell, if you’re recording vocals, voiceovers, or podcasts in an untreated room with hard surfaces, the RF-C17 provides advanced microphone isolation for better-sounding results.
Microphone Isolation
Recording, broadcasting, or podcasting in rooms with little-to-no acoustic treatment can wash-out vocal or instrument audio recordings with echo reflections. The Auray Studio Isolation Filter fits on your boom or microphone stand and minimizes reflections of unwanted noise bouncing off hard surfaces and entering your microphone. Usually, expensive acoustic foam is required on studio walls to achieve this “dry” sound. This reflection filter lets you capture similar results even in an untreated workspace.
Multi-Layer Acoustic Treatment
Four layers of acoustic treatment help to isolate your vocal and instrument recordings. A thick layer of composite fiber surrounds your microphone and absorbs unwanted reflections as well as any noise coming in from the room. An extra layer of acoustic material, a vented back, and fabric covering help deaden and disperse sound waves, which leaves your incoming audio sounding clean and dry with less coloration.
Adjustable Mic Depth
The RF-C17 allows the microphone depth to be adjusted so you can dial in the right amount of room ambience. Easily slide the filter closer to the microphone and pick up less of the room sound or slide the filter away from the microphone for more space in your recording.
Mounting Options
The Auray Studio Isolation Filter can be mounted directly to the top of your microphone stand. The included 5/8 to 3/8″ adapter allows for quick setup and configuration.
Auray RFMS-580 Reflection Filter Tripod Mic Stand
The RFMS-580 Reflection Filter Tripod Mic Stand from Auray features heavy-duty steel construction and is capable of providing sturdy support to your reflection filter and studio microphone at the same time. The tripod stand design features collapsible legs for convenient storage, a telescoping center column that can be adjusted to reach a maximum working height of 76″, and includes a standard reflection filter.
The stand also features nonslip feet for added traction on hard surfaces as well as a 5/8″ threaded adapter for attaching a shockmount or mic clip.
