The TR builds feature more travel (115mm rear, 120mm front) slightly beefier tires (Maxxis Rekon), a full height adjust dropper post, no lockout remote, and larger brake rotors. It's not a trail bike, it's a XC bike for certain courses.

Trek Madone SRAM Force eTap AXS
This is the last of the large Generation 7 Madones that bring the aero gains to the larger amongst us and levels that playing field. I'll deeply miss the locomotive feel of this ride, but times change and so must I.
This one has it all, upgrades listed in total below but this one's party piece is the ride itself. Smooth, predictable, and oh-so-comfortable as that IsoFlow in the seat tube area grants you endless miles of smooth loveliness. This one has served me quite well, and has one blemish on it that's disclosed and pictured here, but isn't into the carbon and is a minor cosmetic blemish.
