Polycom HDX 7000-720p Video Conference System Overview
The Polycom HDX 7000 provides flexible, affordable high definition video conferencing for high-quality communication throughout mainstream workplace environments. This product has an intuitive interface that allow users to adopt and use it quickly, while a variety of options (including embedded multipoint and content sharing) which enable the Polycom HDX 7000 to be wall-mounted, free-standing or easily wheeled to any location to accommodate visual communication in any room.
The Polycom HDX system features Polycom’s renowned quality and is designed to high-definition standards. It utilizes features such as Polycom HD Voice technology to deliver patented, crystal-clear audio and Polycom StereoSurround audio to separate room sounds into left and right channels to deliver physical-sense spatiality to opposite-end participants. It features three video inputs and three video outputs for dual monitors and a VCR.
For rich-media group presentations, the Polycom HDX 7000 displays dynamic content and data in HD to enhance collaboration and audience participation. With Polycom People+Content collaboration technology, users can share presentations and live video simultaneously, allowing conference participants to interact naturally and dynamically.
The Polycom HDX 7000 offers high definition (1280 x 720) video resolution at 30 fps and supports H.264, H.263++, and H.261 protocols. Additional multipoint option for 4-way SD capability with 4M line rate is available. Your Polycom HDX 7000 will be able to connect to most H.323 and SIP systems such as CISCO, Polycom, and other Lifesize systems quickly with easy setup.
