This zoom-certified VDO360 CUBE Zoom Room Conference Kit provides you with the necessary equipment to control video calls in your conference room. The kit includes a Revolabs FLX USB UC500 conference phone, a VDO360 VPTZH-04 optical zoom camera, an Intel NUC8I7BEH Mini PC NUC Kit, and a Samsung 8.0″ 32GB Galaxy Tab A tablet.

Revolabs FLX UC 500 USB Conference Phone (Black)
The black Revolabs FLX UC 500 USB Conference Phone is a combined microphone and speaker unit designed to provide two-way communication for collaborators and team members in meetings, conferencing, offices, and webinars. It features four built-in microphones to deliver 360° of sound pickup and a frequency response of 160 Hz to 16 kHz. The integrated tweeter and mid-woofer produce wideband audio from 160 Hz to 20 kHz and ensure audio will be heard clearly in rooms dimensioned for up to ten people. Full duplex support enables simultaneous capture and playback of audio.

Echo cancellation technology minimizes ambient sound without the use of computer-based processing, providing enhanced intelligibility and clarity of your voice to clients. There are on-board buttons for volume, mute, and call start/end. For custom functionality with programs such as Skype, Microsoft Lync, Cisco Jabber, and WebEx, use the FLX UC 500 Device Manager to assign commands to the on-board buttons.

The FLX UC 500 connects via USB and is powered by the supplied AC adapter.

VDO360 VPTZH-04 CompassX HD PTZ USB Camera with 10x Optical Zoom
The VPTZH-04 CompassX HD PTZ USB Camera with 10x Optical Zoom interfaces with a computer using USB 2.0 and is designed to be compatible with most video conferencing software. It features a 1/2.8″ CMOS sensor with 1920 x 1080 native resolution, offering 300° of pan, 180° of tilt, and a 10x optical zoom range. Video is encoded using the MJPEG format, with video resolutions of 1080p, 720p, and 640 x 480 available at 30fps. The camera, along with PTZ functions, can be controlled using the included IR remote, or via the RS-232 serial port. Up to seven position presets can be stored on the IR remote, with more presets available through RS-232 or from the on-screen application via USB. Both a USB 2.0 and RS-232 cable comes included.

Intel NUC8I7BEH Mini PC NUC Kit
The NUC8I7BEH Mini PC NUC Kit from Intel is a partially equipped barebones system that comes pre-installed with a 2.7 GHz Intel Core i7-8559U quad-core processor and two SO-DIMM slots that can hold up to 32GB of DDR4 2400 MHz memory chips. In terms of storage, the NUC8I7BEH Mini PC NUC features a single MicroSDXC slot, and can accommodate an M.2 SSD and a 2.5″ storage drive, which lets you build a compact system with the performance to handle mid-level applications. Moreover, the M.2 slot supports Intel Optane memory, which will enhance the main storage drive’s performance. Aside from installing the storage drive of your choice, you will need to install the operating system of your choice to use the NUC8I7BEH.

Intel’s NUC8I7BEH Mini PC NUC utilizes integrated Intel Iris Plus Graphics 655 to deliver visuals to your monitor. If you wish to extend your display or transfer high resolution content, you can do so via the HDMI 2.0a, DisplayPort 1.2, and Thunderbolt 3 ports. To complete the multimedia experience, 7.1-channel surround sound is provided through the video connections, along with dual-array microphones, and a combo headphone/microphone jack. Other notable connections include four USB 3.1 ports for wired peripherals like keyboards, mice, printers, and external storage drives. If you need more USB ports, an internal USB 2.0 header supports an optional adapter with two USB 2.0 ports.

For accessing wireless networks and peripherals, the NUC8I7BEH mini PC is equipped with Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) and Bluetooth 5.0. In addition, Intel has outfitted the NUC8I7BEH with a thermal design power of 28W.

The Samsung 8.0″ 32GB Galaxy Tab A is an entertainment-ready tablet with a 13-hour battery life and a crisp 8″ display for binge watching videos. A 1280 x 800 resolution offers crisp, clear HD content reproduction and its thin bezels provide a more immersive viewing experience. It’s powered by a 2.0 GHz Snapdragon 429 quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, and 32GB of built-in storage, which is expandable by up to 512GB via its microSD card slot. Users can also take selfies and pictures using its front 2 MP and rear 8 MP cameras. When power is low, recharge it using a micro-USB cable.
