The new Polycom Studio brings a professional video conferencing solution to the huddle room.  This plug-and-play video bar style system has a USB 3.0 Type-C port for connecting. The Studio combines a 4K video camera with a 6-element beamforming mic array. The camera is designed for small, huddle spaces with a wide 120-degree field of view and a 5X zoom. It can intelligently pick out the active speaker and directly focus on them, and dynamically frame the group as a whole. The beamforming microphones have a pickup range of 12 feet. The included intelligent audio technology, Polycom Acoustic Clarity, provides full-duplex conversations with reduced echoes and noise. Polycom’s award winning NoiseBlock significantly reduces background noise. The Polycom Acoustic Fence technology creates a virtual perimeter around conversations, blocking out outside noise. This is a very functional feature for impromptu spaces and small groups in more public areas.

The Polycom Studio is a USB device, making it compatible with all applications that support standard USB audio/video input, specifically Zoom Rooms. The Studio comes with built-in WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity. You can mount the Polycom Studio on the wall with the included wall mount kit or set it on a display using an optional display mount kit. The Studio can be centrally managed easily enabling an entire fleet, increasing the efficiency of deployment of huddle room solutions.  Other benefits include:
