• The PROGASI Hardcore 450 EFI’s chromoly frame and latest-generation aluminum swingarm offer ideal weight distribution and geometry. Drawing on the best practices of Gas-Gas and the 2022 KTM, it’s designed with reliability and durability in mind. All components are precision-welded and reinforced. A plastic cage protects the frame and boots. The frame’s design allows for servicing, valve clearance adjustment, and spark plug replacement without removing the engine. The swingarm is made of aircraft-grade aluminum, providing high torsional rigidity.
• Large-capacity fuel tank . The motorcycle is equipped with a large-capacity fuel tank, allowing for long-distance travel without refueling.
• CNC-machined triple clamps . Made from 7075 aircraft-grade aluminum, the lightweight and durable triple clamps can withstand heavy loads. The “forward-forward” steering wheel adjustment system allows for a comfortable steering position within the rack. The steering wheel brackets are also machined for 1-1/8″ fatbars.
• Sports aluminum wheels 21/18 . The reinforced PROGASI aluminum rims are equipped with traction pads that pull the tire to the rim, preventing it from spinning while riding. Reinforced hubs, machined from a single piece of aluminum, are also used, providing maximum structural strength. Kenda tires have long proven themselves in extreme sports. PROGASI uses the most aggressive and toothy rubber. It performs exceptionally well in mud and sand, withstands winter studs, and excels in rough terrain.
• Acerbis seat technology . The signature PROGASI non-slip seat, made with Acerbis anti-slip grip technology, holds any rider like superglue: a special ribbed, waterproof surface ensures comfort in any weather conditions.
• Powerful PROGASI brakes . Brakes are a crucial component of a motorcycle, directly affecting rider safety and cornering speed. All PROGASI models are equipped with additional expansion tanks and reinforced brake lines for impeccable performance. A dual-piston brake system is installed in the front and a single-piston system in the rear.
• Electronic instrument panel . Multifunctional instrument panel with speedometer, tachometer, odometer, gear indicator, and battery charge indicator.
• Full LED optics . The latest-generation LED lighting is designed to the highest standard. The headlight features low and high beams, as well as a stylish “eyelash” for the parking lights. A brake light and parking lights are also installed at the rear.
• PROGASI Aluminum Handlebar . The motorcycle is equipped with a durable, tapered 28mm aluminum handlebar. The optimal angle has been selected. Bending strength has been increased by 1.5 times while maintaining the metal’s ductility. An Acerbis handlebar pad protects the rider from injury.
• Choho Drive Chain . Choho produces motorcycle chains with a special sealing ring. Made of hard rubber, the ring is positioned between the inner and outer roller chain plates, preventing dust from entering and retaining lubricant. This sealing ring prevents excessive stretching, ensures a long service life for the chain, requires no lubrication, and is also quieter.
• Short-throw throttle grip . An indispensable feature when riding a bike on steep climbs or in areas with various obstacles, where you need to quickly release the throttle without having to grab the handlebars or lose control. The short-throw throttle grip also allows you to manually adjust the throttle cable, allowing you to find the perfect acceleration force for your riding style.
• Reinforced brake and clutch levers with fall protection . The reinforced and thoughtful design protects the levers from damage by folding them in the event of an impact. Easy-pull geometry is also used.
